From Brief To Shortlist...In an hour.QLFY runs the entire research engine, so your judgment is the thing that matters most.

See how it works ↓

Every search firm has a ceiling.

Freeing up your time to make better judgement calls.

It's not set by the quality of your partners. It's set by how many searches your research capacity can support simultaneously. You hit it not because you ran out of client relationships, but because you ran out of hours.

You've built a reputation on thoroughness. But thoroughness doesn't scale, especially with stretched teams on tight timelines.

QLFY doesn't change what a great search looks like. It changes how many of them you can run and how thoroughly each one gets done. Every shortlist is backed by a complete audit trail: every candidate evaluated, every score reasoned, every ranking explained.

Because hiring leaders is a deeply human affair.

That's not just faster. That's better.

Data, privacy & compliance

Your searches
stay yours.

Executive search runs on discretion. QLFY is built around that, your client names, mandates, and candidate pools are completely private. No exceptions.

✓
Zero data sharing

Your searches, client names, and candidate pools are never used to train models, not ours, not any third-party provider's. What you share stays inside your firm's environment, permanently.

✓
Fully ring-fenced

Your environment is yours alone, no exceptions. A competitor running QLFY has zero visibility into your mandates, candidates, or clients. No shared pool. No cross-client influence. No data flywheel built on your work.

✓
Data residency & lifecycle

Processed in enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Data residency confirmed at onboarding. Session data retained for 30 days and deleted on request, or permanently deleted when you leave.

Brief in.
Shortlist out.

A senior search that used to take a research team weeks now runs end-to-end in hours. You set the bar. QLFY does the rest; sourcing, screening, scoring and calibrating across thousands of candidates and delivers a client-ready ranked shortlist with a full audit trail.

01
Brief.
Drop in a job description, a voice note, or a paragraph. QLFY reads the brief the way a senior researcher would. What does the client value beyond the resume? What would make you pass on an otherwise strong candidate on paper?
02
Company research.
Before the search starts, the engine builds a complete picture of the client. Headcount, leadership, culture signals, employer reputation, web footprint, and, critically, which companies already employ people like the one they need. That context shapes everything that follows.
03
Role analysis.
QLFY builds a weighted evaluation rubric: the five dimensions that actually matter for this role, ranked by importance, with concrete evidence requirements for each. It also flags what to filter against, the patterns that look like a fit on paper but aren't. A second AI agent reviews and challenges the rubric before anything runs. The bar is set before the search begins.
04
Strategy.
It designs a sourcing plan: typically 13–15 strategies, each with a rationale. Pedigree companies, VP-to-C track moves, investment banking alumni, academic pipelines, PE-backed comparables. Some strategies are primary signal-givers. Some add coverage. A few are explicitly disabled, the engine explains why each one doesn't apply. Nothing runs on instinct.
05
Sourcing.
Each strategy executes in parallel, hundreds of targeted queries, live profile streams flowing in across every lane simultaneously. Candidate names, current roles, and companies appear in real time. By the time sourcing completes, 3,000+ profiles have entered the pool.
06
Bulk screening.
The 3,000 sourced profiles are pattern-matched in parallel, location, seniority, role coherence, culture stage-fit, in a single sweep. This isn't deep reasoning, it's volume work. Candidates pass, get rejected with a tagged reason, or get starred for early attention. The survivors move to detailed review.
08
Shortlist.
The survivors go through a pairwise tournament. The top 10 emerge with scores, confidence ratings, and written reasoning for each placement. High-confidence candidates get a full breakdown, their background, why they ranked where they did, what signals drove the score, and how to reach them.
09
Report & outreach.
A personalized LinkedIn message and email draft is generated for each shortlisted candidate, referencing their specific background, not a mail-merge template. And a client-ready report is generated automatically: executive summary, full candidate profiles, methodology, and the complete audit trail. Send to client in one click.
↺
Expand or rerun.
If the results aren't quite right, expand the strategies, adjust the brief, or rerun the search until the shortlist is exactly what the mandate needs.

"In my 22 years in executive search, I have rarely come across a product that genuinely changes the way recruitment works. What traditionally took several hours of intense sourcing, screening, and shortlisting can now be accomplished in a matter of seconds. This feels like a watershed moment for the executive search industry."

From the firms using QLFY

"We ran four C-suite searches simultaneously last quarter. That would have been impossible with the same headcount twelve months ago. QLFY didn't change how we work, it changed what we can take on."

"Three of the top five candidates in our last shortlist were names we wouldn't have surfaced through our normal process. That's the thing that convinced me. It's not just faster, it's finding people we were missing."

"Clients ask how we move so fast. The audit trail QLFY generates has become a genuine differentiator, we can show our methodology in a way no other firm can. It's changed what clients expect from us."

"The ability to engage candidates directly from within the platform changes the economics of a search. In executive search, two or three genuinely interested candidates out of ten is all it takes for an assignment to move. QLFY gets you there without the long list, the preparation, or the week of back-and-forth."

Questions we always get asked

The things a partner
actually wants to know.

The honest answer: run it against a live brief and compare. QLFY evaluates a broader universe than any research team can, thousands of profiles across a dozen parallel strategies, and applies a consistent, weighted rubric to every single one. What changes isn't the standard of judgment; it's the coverage. Candidates your team would never have reached in the time available surface in the shortlist. Bring a current mandate to the demo and see the output for yourself.
That's exactly right, and QLFY doesn't change it. The brief, the bar-setting, the client relationship, the candidate engagement: all of that remains yours. What QLFY removes is the volume work, the sourcing, pattern-matching, and initial screening that consumes research bandwidth without requiring your expertise. Your judgment is what the system runs on. The output looks exactly like it came from your team, because the standard it's held to is yours.
Your firm's environment is fully ring-fenced, no data is shared with other QLFY users, no models are trained on your searches, and no third-party provider sees your client or candidate names. Data residency is agreed at onboarding. A full Data Processing Agreement is available before you go live, most firms complete legal review in under a week. For particularly sensitive mandates, succession planning, founder replacements, you can brief at a functional level without naming the client.
The sourcing and screening that consumed most of their time moves to QLFY. The work that requires genuine sector knowledge, candidate relationships, and human judgment stays with them. Most firms using QLFY have moved their research function toward candidate engagement, intelligence gathering, and client preparation, work that's higher-value and harder to replicate. Headcount decisions are entirely yours; every firm we work with has made different choices.
Most firms are running their first live search within two weeks of signing. Onboarding covers data residency confirmation, a brief calibration session where you walk us through how your firm thinks about a mandate, and a first search run together. There is no lengthy implementation, no integration with your ATS required to get started, and no minimum volume commitment. The demo itself is a working session, bring a brief and we run it live.
